We deliver to mainland UK addresses as standard.

Northern Ireland
Offshore or remote locations

If delivery is not available to your location, we will contact you before dispatch.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times shown on the website are working-day estimates only and are not guaranteed.

On UK bank holidays

Will be processed on the next working day.

Before Delivery

We use a range of third-party carriers to provide cost-effective UK delivery.

If your delivery address has restricted access (such as narrow roads, height restrictions, or limited parking), please inform us at checkout using the “Special Instructions” field or contact us directly.

Some large or heavy items may require manual offloading. If you require mechanical offloading or special delivery arrangements, please contact us before dispatch. Additional charges may apply.

Delivery Day

All deliveries require a signature. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the scheduled delivery date.

We recommend inspecting your items before signing for delivery. If items arrive damaged, please do not accept them and notify us immediately.

Damaged or Missing Items

If any items are damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@bitumenroofing.co.uk so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Multiple Deliveries

Some orders may be dispatched from different locations and delivered separately. If this applies, you will be notified when each item is dispatched.
